Wanderlustrian House

Editorial-led media and production studio at the intersection of culture, automotive, mobility, and access.

Our
perspective

Wanderlustrian House is an editorial-led media and production studio exploring culture, automotive and mobility, access, and lived experience.
We develop narrative-driven storytelling that translates access into insight—centering perspective, cultural context, and long-term relevance over campaigns and trends.

What we do

We partner with brands and institutions to create narrative-driven media rooted in culture, context, and lived experience.

Meet the Founder

Zoë Benjamin is a Collegiate Emmy Award–winning journalist and cross-cultural storyteller with 10+ years in marketing, communications, production, and project management and a lifelong fascination with what cars and motorsport reveal about the cultures that build them.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Journalism, Advertising & Media Studies, with a minor in French and a foundation in media law), and currently completing a Vehicle Dynamics certification through SAE International, Zoë founded Wanderlustrian House to tell the stories other outlets miss: the ones at the intersection of mobility, identity, and human experience. Roles at a private school, LexisNexis, BBC Studios, and Foot Locker sharpened that storytelling into something more: a working knowledge of contracts, partnerships, and negotiation that most creative studios don't have in-house. That same voice lives publicly through The Wanderlustrian Way — a newsletter, YouTube channel, and social presence exploring culture, access, and lived experience across travel, motorsport, work, and beyond.

The work is simple in premise and hard in practice: help people and brands communicate with more authenticity across the lines that usually get flattened — and help get the resulting work made, negotiated, and protected.

How we work

A considered, editorial-led approach to storytelling.

1. Editorial First

We begin with research, context, and perspective. Every project is shaped by an editorial point of view—ensuring the story has clarity, intention, and substance before production begins.

2. Narrative Over Noise

We prioritize meaning over volume. Our work is designed to endure—focusing on storytelling that builds trust, relevance, and long-term value rather than chasing short-term metrics.

3. Collaborative by Design

We work closely with partners, treating them as collaborators rather than clients. Strategy, production, and storytelling are developed in conversation—allowing ideas to evolve with care and precision.

4. Built for Longevity

Projects are designed as systems, not one-offs. Whether a single film or a multi-part series, our work considers future growth, reuse, and narrative expansion from the start.
